Home Renovation

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flooring and paint — clean, code-compliant interiors with clear timelines.

A renovation should make your home work better every single day. We plan the whole project up front — layout, selections, budget and schedule — so you know what is happening each week and what it costs before demolition starts. Our supervised crews protect your home, clean up daily, and finish with a walkthrough, punch list and warranty handoff.

  • Kitchens: cabinetry, counters, lighting, appliances
  • Bathrooms: tub-to-shower conversions, tile, vanities
  • Basement finishing and in-law suites
  • Flooring, trim, drywall and interior paint

Kitchen Remodeling

The kitchen is the highest-impact room in a Maryland home, for daily living and for resale. We start with how you actually cook and gather, then design a layout that fixes the pinch points — traffic flow, prep space, storage and lighting.

  • Semi-custom and custom cabinetry, soft-close hardware
  • Quartz, granite and solid-surface countertops
  • Tile backsplashes, under-cabinet and task lighting
  • Plumbing and electrical brought up to current code
  • Appliance coordination and final installation

Bathroom Renovation

Bathrooms are small rooms with a lot of hidden work. We waterproof correctly behind the tile, set the pan right, and build showers that stay dry for decades — not just until the first re-caulk.

  • Tub-to-shower conversions and curbless walk-in showers
  • Large-format tile, niches, benches and linear drains
  • Vanities, mirrors, lighting and exhaust ventilation
  • Full waterproofing systems behind every wet wall

Basements, Additions & Whole-Home

Need more room? Finishing a basement is usually the lowest cost-per-square-foot way to add living space in Maryland. When the footprint has to grow, we handle framing, permits and inspections end to end.

  • Basement finishing with egress, bathrooms and wet bars
  • In-law and rental suites
  • Room additions, bump-outs and structural framing
  • Whole-home gut renovations

How We Work

Design, planning, development. We start in your space and listen, confirm goals and budget, and produce a clear scope. Then decisions become a build plan — long-lead materials ordered, permits pulled, trades scheduled, and a shared calendar so you always know what is next.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a kitchen remodel take in Maryland?

Most kitchens run 6–10 weeks on site once materials are in hand. Design and ordering happen before demolition, and cabinet lead times are usually the longest single item — often 4–8 weeks on their own.

Do you pull permits?

Yes. We pull the permits your county requires and coordinate all inspections. That is included in our scope, not billed as a surprise later.

Can I live in my home during the renovation?

For most single-room projects, yes. We set protection at the work area, contain dust, and clean daily. For whole-home gut renovations we'll tell you honestly if moving out is the better call.

Do you offer financing?

Yes — we work with lending partners for affordable monthly payment options, and we handle FHA 203(k) renovation loans for purchase-and-rehab projects.
